- The photograph relates to my previous blog relating to work I completed at the herbarium at the Manchester Museum.The work was initiated by an artists' group called PEST. This is my new blog on which I will indulge my interest in all things to do with textiles, knitting in particular. I am also interested in female textile designers and artists. In 2006 I completed an MA in Archive Intervention from University of Central Lancashire, Preston.Previously I taught in primary schools in Lancashire, Leicester and Manchester and achieved advanced teacher status. Recently I worked as a support tutor at UCLAN. Ill health is keeping me at home at the moment. I have decided to share my interest in knitting/the world with others. Something I put in my blog may be of interest to you.
